Will the mats move?
Even though our mats feature a crawler anti-slip design that interlocks with most car carpets, it's essential to use the provided Velcro tapes for added stability and security, due to the inherent variations in car models. Please always refer to the safety instructions included with your mat and refrain from misusing it. Regular checks and adjustments are necessary to ensure the mat's correct positioning and your safety. Learn more.

How to wash the car mats?
Wash our car mats couldn't be easier by these simple steps:
1. Take out the car mats from the car, shake off the dirt.
3. Let dry and put back
What's included in the package?
Our mats are sold based on the car. For standard cars, you will receive 5 pieces of mats including 2 for front, 3 for back.
For 4 seat cars or some 5 seat cars with compact middle back seat, you will receive 4 pieces of mats.
For 2 seat cars and vans, you will receive 2 pieces of mats for front only.
For 7 or 8 seater, you will have the option to add additional 3rd row mats to get the full car coverage.

Where are the mats made?
All mats are made in Australia, from our Melbourne warehouse.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on orders over $79! $9.99 flat fee is applicable to orders under.
Standard delivery depends on your location but we ask to allow 2-8 days for metro areas. Up to 15 days for rural areas.
Express shipping is available for additional $19.
Ultra Express shipping is available for additional $39. Ultra Express shipping will bring your order right to the 1st of our production line and then shipped via a selected express shipping partner.
What if I put the wrong shipping address?
If the order has not been shipped yet email in with “URGENT order edit” in the subject title. The team will make any amendments, if it has been shipped they will work with you and the courier to have it redirected where possible
My package went missing. What should I do?

What is Presale?
If the item has a specified “sent” date beside it in brackets this means the item is a presale purchase and you will receive that item in 2-8 business days from this “sent” date.
Is CarMatsCulture available in store?
Our car mats are only available on our online store. We prefer to sell directly to our customers to keep the prices as low as we can
Can I pick up?
We currently don't support local pick up as we don't have retail support. This helps us to lower our cost and bring values to customers.

How does the 100-day returns and exchanges work?
On the off chance you don't like the mats or you would like to exchange the mats, please email our support team and they will be able to provide you all the instructions you need.
